Pack-in and set up
Pack-in is between 5pm and 7pm on Wednesday 27 February and from 7.30am to 8.30am on Thursday 28 February.  We would like all exhibits to be ready by 8.30am

Please do not deliver any equipment to the Waipuna Hotel and Conference Centre any earlier than midday Tuesday 26 February. Any deliveries must be clearly marked with your organisations name, contact name and mobile number. The delivery, receipt and custody of all equipment and decorations for your exhibit are your responsibility.

 

Pack-out
Pack-out will be straight after the closing of the fono at 3.30pm on Friday 29 February. Please arrange for the removal of all equipment, rubbish and decorations as soon as possible after the fono closes. If you are unable to remove all equipment during the pack out period, please contact us to pre-arrange overnight storage.

 

Exhibit - booth
To identify your exhibit area on the day, please look for your organisation name on the layout that will be on display.

 

Included with your booth will be:

  1. - 1 x Booth (2.4 x 1.8 metres)
  2. - 1 x Table
  3. - 1 x Chair
  4. - 1 x Table Cloth

Other exhibit furniture and IT equipment will need to be provided by your organisation. Please advise Justine by email justine@cem.co.nz if you don’t require any of the above.

 

Please note that the following can be organised at an additional cost.

  1. - 1 x Power (no extra costs)
  2. - 1 x Lighting
  3. - 1 x

 

Signage:
Please bring your own signage for your exhibit

 

Liability
Individual exhibitors will be liable for any damage or loss that they may cause to the venue, stand structure and/or goods or property of the Waipuna Hotel and Conference Centre or any other exhibitor, individual or company.
